Loved the pool, had to fight for a sunbed though. Great location, close to everything. Spacious apartment, perfect for those who like to sit on uncomfortable sofas.

Reception always closed, so helpful. Sunbeds need replacing, unless you enjoy a massage from broken slats.

We had a blast exploring Playa del Ingles and hitting up the amazing beach. The location was unbeatable, with shops, restaurants, and bars just a stone's throw away. The apartment itself was on point, clean and spacious, perfect for chilling and prepping for our nights out. The pool area was dope too, with enough space for all of us to soak up the sun and cool off in the water. it was the bomb dot com.

The only thing we would've wanted more of was organized parties or events for young party-goers. It would've been dope if the hotel had organized some sick pool parties or nightclub outings for us to join.

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk away from the beach and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and bars. the secure entrance gate provides a sense of safety. On arrival, we found a pleasant surprise with complimentary water and a bottle of Cava in the fridge. the swimming pool area and roof terrace were fantastic for relaxing.

The reception was often closed, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. the parking situation was problematic, with the free parking lot always full, and the nearby blue zone requiring constant payment and the risk of fines.
